Vanessa's Quince Portraits

Today I ventured out with my long time friend, Yesenia & her lil sis Vanessa, to take Vanessa's quince photos. I've known these two girls for 10 years, when Vanessa was just a tiny little thing walking into my mom's kindergarten class! It's been a crazy 10 years since! She has grown into such a beautiful young lady and I had a blast doing this shoot.

We went to Tree tops park at about 10am... In 90 degree weather :/ Although we were dehydrated/ exhausted/ hot/sweaty/tired.. We had a blast, followed by a delicious lunch at TGI Fridays! and I am so happy with the result of this shoot. I hope you enjoy as well <3

Jaime's Bride Prep

I had the pleasure of joining my friend Albert Manduca, at the Mayfair Hotel for Jaime and Ramon's wedding. Unfortunately I did have the time to stay through out the entire ceremony, but I was able to join the bride in her excitement as she got all dolled up. It was a great beautiful day, at a wonderful location.

Rafeluina : Beach Session

This morning I headed out to the Dania Beach pier with my friend Wilmer, he came to assist me with lighting & thank God because I could not have done it without him! The morning turned out to be beautiful, but the second we reached the beach we got swarmed by mosquitoes and sand flees :/ I now am covered with bites and praying that I don't catch some sort of disease!!

The shoot went great, I snapped some really hott shots of this Dominican Babe! It was nice shooting in a new location of the beach. We went into John Lloyd park about an hour after the pier to get some shots by the rocks. Wilmer almost fell into the water with my 580ex flash... That was not fun... After hiking the rocks and getting situated we had a rly nice session.

Alexis : Portrait

On Thursday evening I had the pleasure of taking a fun set of portraits for 8yr old Alexis. Not only was her clothes spunky, but she sure did have the personality to match. So much fun with poses, faces, jumping & cartwheels!

My little brother assisted me with the lighting, as did Alexis' mom, Yolanda. The night started off nice, but soon there after a wave of storms decided to hit.. Causing crazy winds, thunder, lighting & eventually a down pour! We ran to the cars with all of the equipment just nearly exposed! It was all well wroth it because in the end we had a blast & the pix came out great!

Martha's Suprise 70th Bday

On Saturday night, Aug 14th, I shot my first event @ Exotic Gardens Banquet Hall... This place is gorgeous and I would recommend it for any event! My mom's friend Ana Hernandez & her family all got together to throw her mother a surprise b-day party! The night was full of laughs, dancing, & lots of fun!! The entertainment was a Cuban Transvestite.. Need I say more??? He/She was hilarious and cracked just about the funniest jokes I've ever heard. He/She also took out a few men from the audience and made them dance to reggaeton with their tongues sticking out.. Who ever got the most applause won! Very entertaining, massive laughter uproar haha The night ended with a party on the dance floor :)

Thank you for having me photograph this hilarious and fun filled night. I had a blast capturing all the fun and watching everyone have a great time through the eye of my lens!

First Wedding Shoot

Today I had the pleasure of shooting Jeni & Freddy's wedding. Not only was this couple a blast to work with, but they will always hold a special place in my heart, as they were my first experience in photographing a wedding.

The morning started rather early, as I arrived at 7:30am to take prep shots and snap a few of the bride getting ready before her big day. I then went on to greeting the family and taking a look at the wonderful setting the event took place in, her parent's beautiful backyard. Oh and did I mention beautiful SCORCHING, back yard? The over 100degree heat index was definitely an experience to work in.... But all in all, this was a beautiful experience and one that opened the doors for me on so many levels.

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Molina, may you two have a beautiful life together!
